Preparing for GCSEs?

Launching after half term

Each Saturday from 9:30 - 12:00 I will be helping students to prepare for their GCSE maths exams by covering key topics and developing exam practise.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once booked you will receive information about the schedule of lessons and topics and will get an opportunity to ask questions and even suggest topics/skills you would like to cover.

You will then access weekly interactive online lessons via the secure zoom platform. Students can take part anywhere in the world and experience the dynamic and collaborative learning experience. Lessons are fun and engaging with a range of teaching strategies such as student questioning, quizzes, challenge tasks and games. Students will also be given access to all the resources and get homework and feedback on how to improve.

If students miss a lesson they can access all the resources ask questions and access feedback videos on any parts they did not understand.

Lessons taking place in June and July are completely free and take place every Saturday from 9:30-10:30am for the GCSE foundation class and 11:00-12:00pm for the GCSE Higher class.

Lessons are 60 minutes and start promptly to maximise the full time.

About

The GCSE Foundation course ensure that students get the time and support to secure the knowledge needed to tackle the harder grade 4 and 5 questions. We will address common misconceptions and ensure students get the space to ask questions and develop their understanding. Covers all aspects on the GCSE specification and is suitable for all exam boards.

Summer term dates

The GCSE course runs every Saturday, starting on the 6th June to the 11th July 2020. Classes take place every Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 am.

About

The GCSE Higher course covers a range of topics across number, geometry, algebra, proportion, statistics and probability to ensure that students not only develop a strong foundation but are also challenge to develop their problem solving skills to be able to tackle higher level questions.

The GCSE course runs every Saturday, starting on the 6th June to the 11th July 2020. Classes take place every Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 am.
